Sahih Muslim, 2432

Miswar b. Makhrama reported:Some cloaks were presented to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). My father Makhrama said to me: Come along with me to him; perhaps we may be able to get anything out of that (stock of cloaks). My father stood at the door and began to talk. The Apostle of Allah (ﷺ) recognised him by his voice and came out and there was a cloak with him, and he was showing its beauties and saying: I kept it for you, I kept it for you

Rapporté par Miswar b. Makhrama رضي الله عنه : Des manteaux ont été offerts au Messager d’Allah ﷺ. Mon père Makhrama m’a dit : « Viens avec moi chez lui ; peut-être pourrons-nous obtenir quelque chose de ce lot de manteaux. » Mon père s’est tenu à la porte et a commencé à parler. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ l’a reconnu à sa voix, est sorti avec un manteau, en montrant sa beauté et en disant : « Je l’ai gardé pour toi, je l’ai gardé pour toi. »
