Sahih Muslim, 1724

Abu Salama asked 'A'isha about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) She said:He observed thirteen rak'ahs (in the night prayer). He observed eight rak'ahs and would then observe Witr and then observe two rak'ahs sitting, and when he wanted to bow he stood up and then bowed down, and then observed two rak'ahs in between the Adhan and lqama of the dawn prayer

Rapporté par Abu Salama : Il a demandé à Aïcha رضي الله عنها au sujet de la prière du Messager d’Allah ﷺ. Elle a dit : « Il accomplissait treize rak‘as (dans la prière de nuit). Il priait huit rak‘as, puis faisait le Witr, ensuite il accomplissait deux rak‘as assis, et quand il voulait s’incliner, il se levait puis s’inclinait, puis il accomplissait deux rak‘as entre l’Adhan et l’Iqama de la prière de l’aube. »
