Sahih Muslim, 1486

Abu Huraira reported:There came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) a blind man and said: Messenger of Allah, I have no one to guide me to the mosque. He, therefore, asked. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) permission to say prayer in his house. He (tee Holy Prophet) granted him permission. Then when the man turned away he called him and said: Do you hear the call to prayer? He said: Yes. He (the Prophet then) said: Respond to it

Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Un homme aveugle est venu voir le Messager d’Allah ﷺ et a dit : « Messager d’Allah, je n’ai personne pour me guider jusqu’à la mosquée. » Il a donc demandé la permission de prier chez lui. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ lui a accordé la permission. Mais alors que l’homme s’en allait, il l’a rappelé et lui a dit : « Entends-tu l’appel à la prière ? » Il a répondu : « Oui. » Le Prophète ﷺ a alors dit : « Réponds-y. »
