Muwatta Malik, 73

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar urinated in the market place and then did wudu, washing his face and hands and wiping his head. Then as soon as he had come into the mosque, he was called to pray over a dead person, so he wiped over his leather socks and prayed

Nafe' a rapporté que Abdallah Ibn Omar avait uriné au marché, puis fit ses ablutions en se lavant le visage, les mains et passa ses mains humides sur la tête. On le convoqua pour faire la prière funéraire sur un mort;il entra dans la mosquée, frotta sur ses bottines, et fit la prière
