Shortening the Prayer
Sahih (authentic)« Sahih Lighairihi » by Salim al-Hilali
Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that AIi ibn Husain used to say, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, would join dhuhr and asr if he wished to travel the same day, and he would join maghrib and isha if he wished to travel the same nightOn rapporta à Malek, que Ali Ibn Houssein disait: «quand l'Envoyé d'Allah (salallahou alayhi wa salam) r (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) avait à voyager une journée (dans ses expéditions), il réunissait les deux prières du midi et de l'asr. Chapitre II La prière abrégée en voyageGrades given by scholars
