The Mudabbar
Sahih (authentic)« Maqtu Sahih » by Salim al-Hilali
Malik related to me from Yahya ibn Said that Said ibn al-Musayyab used to say, "When a man makes his slave-girl mudabbara, he can have intercourse with her. He cannot sell her or give her away and her children are in the same position as herYahia Ibn Sa'id a rapporté que Sa'id Ibn Al-Moussaiab disait: «Au cas où l'homme affranchit à date posthume, son esclave femelle, il peut cohabiter avec elle, sans qu'il ait le droit ni de la vendre ni de faire don d'elle; son enfant aussi jouit de la même situation que sa mère».
