Muwatta Malik, 1273

Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father that A'isha, umm al-muminin said, "My paternal uncle by suckling came to me and I refused to give him permission to enter until I had asked the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, about it. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, came and I asked him about it. He said, 'He is your paternal uncle, so give him permission.' So I said, 'Messenger of Allah! The woman nursed me not the man.' He said, 'He is your paternal uncle, so let him enter.' " A'isha said, "That was after the veil had been imposed on us." A'isha added, "What is haram by birth is made haram by suckling

Hicham Ibn Ourwa a rapporté que Aicha, la mère des croyants a dit: «Mon oncle paternel de lait vint me demander la permission d'entrer chez moi. Or j'ai refusé de lui permettre d'entrer, avant d'interroger l'Envoyé d'Allah (salallahou alayhi wa salam) r (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) à ce sujet. L'Envoyé d'Allah (salallahou alayhi wa salam) r (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) étant venu, je lui ai demandé et il m'a répondu: «C'est ton oncle, tu pouvais lui permettre d'entrer». Je lui dis: «O Envoyé d'Allah! Mais c'est une femme qui m'a allaitée et non un homme»! Il répliqua: «II est bien ton oncle, permets-lui d'entrer chez toi». Aicha a dit: «Cela a eu lieu après la révélation du verset concernant le voile» finalement elle dit: «L'allaitement est pour les mêmes interdictions que l'enfantement»
