Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad that A'isha, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said when asked whether it was permissible for a man to marry again a wife he had divorced irrevocably if she had married another man who divorced her before consummating the marriage, "Not until she has tasted the sweetness of intercourseAl-Kassem Ibn Mouhammad a rapporté qu'on demanda Aicha, femme du Prophète r (salallahou alayhi wa salam) (Sur lui la grâce et la paix d'Allah) au sujet d'un homme qui avait définitivement divorcé sa femme, celle-ci étant remariée avec un autre qui l’a répudié, sans avoir des relations charnelles avec elle.
