حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، أَخُو سُلَيْمٍ الْقَارِي عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَبَانَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏ "‏ لِيُؤَذِّنْ لَكُمْ خِيَارُكُمْ وَلْيَؤُمَّكُمْ قُرَّاؤُكُمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Let the best of you give the call to prayer (Adhan), and let those who are most versed in the Qur'an lead you in prayer

Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas : Le Messager d'Allah a dit : « Que le meilleur d'entre vous fasse l'appel à la prière (Adhan), et que ceux qui connaissent le mieux le Coran dirigent la prière. »
