Sunan Ibn Majah, 601

It was narrated from Anas that:Umm Sulaim asked the Messenger of Allah about a woman who sees in her dream something like that which a man sees. The Messenger of Allah said: "If she sees that and has a discharge, then let her perform a bath." Umm Salamah said: "O Messenger of Allah, does that really happen?" He said: "Yes, the water of the man is thick and white and the water of a woman is thin and yellow. Whichever of them comes first or predominates, the child will resemble (that parent)

Rapporté par Anas : Umm Sulaim a demandé au Messager d’Allah ﷺ au sujet d’une femme qui voit en rêve ce qu’un homme peut voir. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Si elle voit cela et qu’elle a une émission, alors qu’elle prenne un bain. » Umm Salamah a dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah, cela arrive-t-il vraiment ? » Il a répondu : « Oui, le liquide de l’homme est épais et blanc, et celui de la femme est fin et jaune. Celui dont le liquide prédomine ou sort en premier, l’enfant lui ressemblera. »
