It was narrated that ‘Abdullah said:“A man said to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ): ‘How can I know when I have done well and when I have done something bad?’ The Prophet (ﷺ) said: ‘If you hear your neighbors saying that you have done well, then you have done well, and if you hear them saying that you have done something bad, then you have done something bad.’”Rapporté par ‘Abdullah : Un homme a dit au Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) : « Comment puis-je savoir si j’ai bien agi ou mal agi ? » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Si tu entends tes voisins dire que tu as bien agi, alors tu as bien agi, et s’ils disent que tu as mal agi, alors tu as mal agi. »Grades given by scholars
