حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ابْنُ أَخِي الْحُسَيْنِ الْجُعْفِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مَنَازِلَ التَّيْمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ أَبِي كَرِيمَةَ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةَ أَبِيهِ أَنْ أَضْرِبَ عُنُقَهُ وَأُصَفِّيَ مَالَهُ ‏.‏

It was narrated from Mu'awiyah bin Qurrah that his father said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent me to a man who had married his father's wife after he died, to strike his neck (execute him) and confiscate his wealth.”

Rapporté par Mu’awiyah bin Qurrah, d’après son père : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) m’a envoyé vers un homme qui avait épousé la femme de son père après sa mort, pour le mettre à mort (l’exécuter) et confisquer ses biens
