Sunan Ibn Majah, 2503

It was narrated that Mundhir bin Jarir said:“I was with my father in Bawazij and the cows came back in the evening. He saw a cow did not recognize it. He said: 'What is this?' He said: 'A cow that joined the herd.' And he issued orders that it be driven away until it disappeared from view. Then he said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: “No one gives refuge to a stray animal but one who is also astray.”

Rapporté par Mundhir bin Jarir : J'étais avec mon père à Bawazij et les vaches sont revenues le soir. Il a vu une vache qu'il ne reconnaissait pas. Il a dit : "Qu'est-ce que c'est ?" On lui a répondu : "Une vache qui a rejoint le troupeau." Il a alors ordonné qu'on la chasse jusqu'à ce qu'elle disparaisse de vue. Puis il a dit : "J'ai entendu le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) dire : 'Personne ne donne refuge à un animal égaré sauf celui qui est lui-même égaré
