The Chapters on Charity
Sahih (authentic)by Al-Albani
It was narrated from Buraidah Al-Aslami that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:“Whoever gives respite to one in difficulty, he will have (the reward of) an act of charity for each day. Whoever gives him respite after payment becomes due, will have (the reward of) an act of charity equal to (the amount of the loan) for each day.”Rapporté par Buraidah Al-Aslami : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : “Celui qui accorde un délai à une personne en difficulté aura la récompense d’une aumône pour chaque jour. Celui qui accorde un délai après l’échéance aura la récompense d’une aumône égale au montant du prêt pour chaque jour.”Grades given by scholars
