The Chapters on Gifts
Sahih (authentic)by Al-Albani
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas and Ibn 'Umar, who attributed the Hadith to the Prophet (ﷺ) that he said:“It is not permissible for a man to give a gift then take it back, except what a father gives to his child.”Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas et Ibn 'Umar : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Il n’est pas permis à un homme de reprendre un cadeau qu’il a offert, sauf dans le cas où un père donne quelque chose à son enfant. »Grades given by scholars
