The Chapters on Divorce

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَتْ فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ثَلاَثًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏ "‏ لاَ سُكْنَى لَكِ وَلاَ نَفَقَةَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated that Sha'bi said:Fatimah bint Qais said: “My husband divorced me at the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) three times. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'You have no right to accommodation or to maintenance.'”

Rapporté par Sha'bi : Fatimah bint Qais a dit : "Mon mari m'a divorcée à l'époque du Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) trois fois. Le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) a dit : 'Tu n'as pas droit à un logement ni à une pension
