Sunan Ibn Majah, 1971

It was narrated that 'Aishah said:"The Messenger of Allah used to divide his time equally among his wives, then he would say 'O Allah, this is what I am doing with regard to that which is within my control, so do not hold me accountable for that which is under Your control and is beyond my control

Rapporté par 'Aishah : Le Messager d’Allah partageait équitablement son temps entre ses épouses, puis il disait : « Ô Allah, ceci est ce que je fais pour ce qui est en mon pouvoir. Ne me reproche pas ce qui dépend de Toi et qui n’est pas sous mon contrôle. »
