Sunan Ibn Majah, 1945

It was narrated from 'Aishah:that the Prophet entered upon her and there was a man with her. He said: “Who is this? She said: “This is my brother.” He said: “Look at whom you allow to enter upon you, because the breastfeeding (that makes a person Mahram) is that which satisfies hunger.”

Rapporté par 'Aishah : Le Prophète ﷺ est entré chez elle alors qu’il y avait un homme avec elle. Il a dit : « Qui est-ce ? » Elle a répondu : « C’est mon frère. » Il a dit : « Fais attention à qui tu laisses entrer chez toi, car l’allaitement (qui rend une personne mahram) est celui qui rassasie la faim. »
