Sunan Ibn Majah, 1898

It was narrated that 'Aishah said:“Abu Bakr entered upon me, and there were two girls from the Ansar with me, singing about the Day of Bu'ath.” She said: “And they were not really singers. Abu Bakr said: 'The wind instruments of Satan in the house of the Prophet ?' That was on the day of 'Eid(Al-Fitr). But the Prophet said: 'O Abu Bakr, every people has its festival and this is our festival.' ”

Rapporté par Aïcha رضي الله عنها : Abou Bakr est entré chez moi, et il y avait deux filles des Ansar avec moi, qui chantaient à propos du jour de Bu’ath. Elle a dit : « Et ce n’étaient pas vraiment des chanteuses. » Abou Bakr a dit : « Les instruments du diable dans la maison du Prophète ? » C’était le jour de l’Aïd (Al-Fitr). Mais le Prophète a dit : « Ô Abou Bakr, chaque peuple a sa fête, et ceci est notre fête. »
