Establishing the Prayer and the Sunnah Regarding Them
Sahih (authentic)by Al-Albani
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said:“Two ‘Eid came together at the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), so he led the people in prayer, then he said: ‘Whoever wishes to come to Friday (prayer), let him come, and whoever wishes to stay behind, let him stay behind.’”Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar : Deux Aïd sont tombés le même jour à l’époque du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), alors il a dirigé la prière pour les gens, puis il a dit : “Que celui qui veut venir à la prière du vendredi vienne, et que celui qui veut rester chez lui reste.”Grades given by scholars
