Narrated Al-Bara':I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) delivering a Khutba saying, "The first thing to be done on this day (first day of `Id ul Adha) is to pray; and after returning from the prayer we slaughter our sacrifices (in the name of Allah) and whoever does so, he acted according to our Sunna (traditions)Rapporté par Al-Bara' : J’ai entendu le Prophète (ﷺ) prononcer un sermon en disant : « La première chose à faire aujourd’hui (le premier jour de l’`Id al-Adha), c’est de prier ; puis, en rentrant de la prière, nous sacrifions nos animaux (au nom d’Allah). Celui qui fait cela suit notre tradition. »Grades given by scholars
