Sahih al-Bukhari, 7231

Narrated Aisha:One night the Prophet (ﷺ) was unable to sleep and said, "Would that a righteous man from my companions guarded me tonight." Suddenly we heard the clatter of arms, whereupon the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Who is it?" It was said, "I am Sa`d, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I have come to guard you." The Prophet (ﷺ) then slept so soundly that we heard him snoring. Abu `Abdullah said: `Aisha said: Bilal said, "Would that I but stayed overnight in a valley with Idhkhir and Jalil (two kinds of grass) around me (i.e., in Mecca)." Then I told that to the Prophet (ﷺ)

Rapporté par `Aisha : Une nuit, le Prophète (ﷺ) n’arrivait pas à dormir et a dit : « Si seulement un homme pieux parmi mes compagnons me gardait cette nuit. » Soudain, nous avons entendu le bruit des armes. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a alors demandé : « Qui est-ce ? » On répondit : « C’est moi, Sa`d, ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ! Je suis venu te protéger. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) s’est alors endormi profondément, au point que nous l’avons entendu ronfler. Abou `Abdullah a dit : `Aisha a dit : Bilal a dit : « Si seulement je pouvais passer la nuit dans une vallée entourée d’Idhkhir et de Jalil (deux sortes d’herbes) autour de moi (c’est-à-dire à La Mecque). » J’ai ensuite raconté cela au Prophète (ﷺ)
