حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ ‏"‏‏.‏

Narrated Ibn `Umar:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The Wala' is for the manumitted (of the slave)

Rapporté par Ibn `Umar : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Le Wala’ revient à celui qui affranchit l’esclave. »
