Narrated Sa`d:I was one of (the first) seven (who had embraced Islam) with Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and we had nothing to eat then, except the leaves of the Habala or Hubula tree, so that our stool used to be similar to that of sheep. Now the tribe of Bani Asad wants to teach me Islam; I would be a loser and all my efforts would be in vain (if I learn Islam anew from them)Rapporté par Sa`d : J’ai fait partie des sept premiers à avoir embrassé l’islam avec le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), et à cette époque, nous n’avions rien à manger sauf les feuilles de l’arbre Habala ou Hubula, au point que nos selles ressemblaient à celles des moutons. Maintenant, la tribu de Bani Asad veut m’enseigner l’islam ; si j’apprenais l’islam à nouveau d’eux, j’aurais tout perdu et tous mes efforts auraient été vainsGrades given by scholars
