Sahih al-Bukhari, 5006

Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Mu'alla:While I was praying, the Prophet (ﷺ) called me but I did not respond to his call. Later I said, "O Allah's Apostle! I was praying." He said, "Didn't Allah say: 'O you who believe! Give your response to Allah (by obeying Him) and to His Apostle when he calls you'?" (8.24) He then said, "Shall I not teach you the most superior Surah in the Qur'an?" He said, '(It is), 'Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. ' (i.e., Surat Al-Fatiha) which consists of seven repeatedly recited Verses and the Magnificent Qur'an which was given to me

Rapporté par Abu Sa`id Al-Mu'alla : Pendant que je priais, le Prophète (ﷺ) m’a appelé mais je n’ai pas répondu à son appel. Plus tard, j’ai dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah ! Je priais. » Il a dit : « Allah n’a-t-Il pas dit : ‘Ô vous qui croyez ! Répondez à l’appel d’Allah (en Lui obéissant) et à Son Messager quand il vous appelle’ ? » (8.24) Puis il a dit : « Veux-tu que je t’enseigne la sourate la plus importante du Coran ? » Il a dit : « C’est : ‘Louange à Allah, Seigneur de l’univers’ (c’est-à-dire la sourate Al-Fatiha) qui contient sept versets répétés et le Noble Coran qui m’a été donné. »
