Narrated Abu Raja:The freed slave of Abu Qilaba, who was with Abu Qilaba in Sham: `Umar bin `Abdul `Aziz consulted the people saying, "What do you think of Qasama." They said, "'It is a right (judgment) which Allah's Apostle and the Caliphs before you acted on." Abu Qilaba was behind `Umar's bed. 'Anbasa bin Sa`id said, But what about the narration concerning the people of `Uraina?" Abu Qilaba said, "Anas bin Malik narrated it to me," and then narrated the whole story

Rapporté par Abu Raja : L’esclave affranchi d’Abu Qilaba, qui était avec Abu Qilaba au Sham : `Umar ibn `Abdul `Aziz a consulté les gens en disant : « Que pensez-vous de la Qasama ? » Ils ont répondu : « C’est un jugement juste que le Messager d’Allah et les califes avant toi ont appliqué. » Abu Qilaba était derrière le lit de `Umar. ‘Anbasa ibn Sa`id a dit : « Mais qu’en est-il du récit concernant les gens de `Uraina ? » Abu Qilaba a dit : « Anas ibn Malik me l’a raconté », puis il a raconté toute l’histoire
