Sahih al-Bukhari, 4191

Narrated Ka`b bin Ujra:We were in the company of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) at Al-Hudaibiya in the state of Ihram and the pagans did not allow us to proceed (to the Ka`ba). I had thick hair and lice started falling on my face. The Prophet (ﷺ) passed by me and said, "Are the lice of your head troubling you?" I replied, Yes." (The sub-narrator added, "Then the following Divine Verse was revealed:-- "And if anyone of you is ill or has an ailment in his scalp, (necessitating shaving) must pay a ransom (Fidya) of either fasting or feeding the poor, Or offering a sacrifice

Rapporté par Ka`b ibn Ujra : Nous étions avec le Messager d’Allah ﷺ à Al-Hudaybiya en état d’Ihram et les polythéistes ne nous laissaient pas avancer (vers la Ka`ba). J’avais les cheveux épais et des poux tombaient sur mon visage. Le Prophète ﷺ est passé près de moi et a dit : « Les poux de ta tête te dérangent-ils ? » J’ai répondu : « Oui. » (Le sous-narrateur a ajouté : « Ensuite, ce verset divin a été révélé : “Et si l’un de vous est malade ou a une affection au cuir chevelu (qui nécessite de se raser), il doit offrir une compensation : soit jeûner, soit nourrir les pauvres, soit offrir un sacrifice.” »
