حَدَّثَنِي خَلِيفَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الأَنْصَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ مَاتَ أَبُو زَيْدٍ وَلَمْ يَتْرُكْ عَقِبًا، وَكَانَ بَدْرِيًّا‏.‏

Narrated Anas:Abu Zaid died and did not leave any offspring, and he was one of the Badr warriors
