حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ يَقُولُ أُهْدِيَتْ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم حُلَّةُ حَرِيرٍ، فَجَعَلَ أَصْحَابُهُ يَمَسُّونَهَا وَيَعْجَبُونَ مِنْ لِينِهَا فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ أَتَعْجَبُونَ مِنْ لِينِ هَذِهِ لَمَنَادِيلُ سَعْدِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ خَيْرٌ مِنْهَا ‏"‏‏.‏ أَوْ أَلْيَنُ‏.‏ رَوَاهُ قَتَادَةُ وَالزُّهْرِيُّ سَمِعَا أَنَسًا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم‏.‏

Narrated Al-Bara:A silken cloth was given as a present to the Prophet (ﷺ) . His companions started touching it and admiring its softness. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Are you admiring its softness? The handkerchiefs of Sa`d bin Mu`adh (in Paradise) are better and softer than it

Rapporté par Al-Bara : Un tissu de soie a été offert au Prophète (ﷺ). Ses compagnons ont commencé à le toucher et à admirer sa douceur. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Admirez-vous sa douceur ? Les mouchoirs de Sa`d bin Mu`adh (au Paradis) sont meilleurs et plus doux que cela. »
