Sahih al-Bukhari, 363

Narrated Mughira bin Shu`ba:Once I was traveling with the Prophet (ﷺ) and he said, "O Mughira! take this container of water." I took it and Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) went far away till he disappeared. He answered the call of nature and was wearing a Syrian cloak. He tried to take out his hands from its sleeve but it was very tight so he took out his hands from under it. I poured water and he performed ablution like that for prayers and passed his wet hands over his Khuff (socks made from thick fabric or leather) and then prayed

Rapporté par Mughira bin Shu`ba : Une fois, je voyageais avec le Prophète ﷺ et il m'a dit : « Ô Mughira ! Prends ce récipient d'eau. » Je l'ai pris et le Messager d'Allah ﷺ s'est éloigné jusqu'à disparaître. Il a répondu à un besoin naturel et portait un manteau syrien. Il a essayé de sortir ses mains des manches, mais elles étaient trop serrées, alors il a sorti ses mains par dessous. J'ai versé de l'eau et il a fait ses ablutions ainsi pour la prière, puis il a passé ses mains mouillées sur ses Khuffs (chaussons en tissu épais ou en cuir) et a ensuite prié
