Sahih al-Bukhari, 3148

Narrated Jubair bin Mut`im:That while he was with Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) who was accompanied by the people on their way back from Hunain, the bedouins started begging things of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) so much so that they forced him to go under a Samura tree where his loose outer garment was snatched away. On that, Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) stood up and said to them, "Return my garment to me. If I had as many camels as these trees, I would have distributed them amongst you; and you will not find me a miser or a liar or a coward

Rapporté par Jubair bin Mut‘im : Alors qu’il était avec le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) accompagné de gens sur le chemin du retour de Hunayn, les bédouins ont tellement insisté pour demander des choses au Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) qu’ils l’ont poussé sous un arbre Samura, où son manteau a été arraché. Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) s’est alors levé et leur a dit : « Rendez-moi mon manteau. Si j’avais autant de chameaux que ces arbres, je les distribuerais parmi vous ; et vous ne me trouverez pas avare, menteur ou lâche. »
