Sahih al-Bukhari, 223

Narrated Um Qais bint Mihsin:I brought my young son, who had not started eating (ordinary food) to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) who took him and made him sit in his lap. The child urinated on the garment of the Prophet, so he asked for water and poured it over the soiled (area) and did not wash it

Rapporté par Um Qais bint Mihsin : J’ai amené mon jeune fils, qui ne mangeait pas encore de nourriture solide, au Messager d’Allah (ﷺ). Il l’a pris et l’a fait asseoir sur ses genoux. L’enfant a uriné sur le vêtement du Prophète, alors il a demandé de l’eau, l’a versée sur la zone touchée et ne l’a pas lavée
