Sahih al-Bukhari, 1388

Narrated Aisha:A man said to the Prophet (ﷺ), "My mother died suddenly and I thought that if she had lived she would have given alms. So, if I give alms now on her behalf, will she get the reward?" The Prophet (ﷺ) replied in the affirmative

Rapporté par `Aïcha : Un homme a dit au Prophète (ﷺ) : « Ma mère est morte subitement et je pense que si elle avait vécu, elle aurait donné l’aumône. Si je donne l’aumône pour elle, aura-t-elle une récompense ? » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a répondu oui
