Sunan Abi Dawud, 649

‘Abd Allah b. al-Sa’ib said; the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) led us in the morning prayer at Mecca. He began to recite Surah al-Mu;minin and while he came to description of Moses and Aaron or the description of Moses and Jesus the narrator Ibn ‘Abbad doubts or other narrators differed amongst themselves on this word the prophet (ﷺ) coughed and gave up (recitation) and then bowed ‘Abd Allah b. al-Sa’ib was present seeing all this incident

‘Abd Allah ibn al-Sa’ib رضي الله عنه a dit : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ nous a dirigés dans la prière du matin à La Mecque. Il a commencé à réciter la sourate al-Mu’minun et, lorsqu’il est arrivé au passage sur Moïse et Aaron, ou sur Moïse et Jésus (le narrateur Ibn ‘Abbad hésite, ou d’autres rapporteurs divergent sur ce point), le Prophète ﷺ a toussé, a arrêté la récitation, puis s’est incliné. ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Sa’ib était présent et a vu toute la scène
