Sunan Abi Dawud, 601

Anas b. Malik said; The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) rode a horse and was thrown off it and his right was grazed. He then prayed one of the prayers sitting and we prayed one of the prayers sitting, and when he finished he said:the Imam is appointed only to be followed ; so when he prays standing, pray standing, and when he bows, bow; when he raises himself, raise yourselves; when he says “Allah listen to him who praises Him”, “Our Lord ! to Thee be the praise”: and when he prays sitting all of you pray sitting

Anas b. Malik a dit : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ est monté à cheval, il est tombé et s’est blessé au côté droit. Il a alors prié l’une des prières assis et nous avons prié assis avec lui. Quand il a terminé, il a dit : « L’imam n’est là que pour être suivi ; donc quand il prie debout, priez debout ; quand il s’incline, inclinez-vous ; quand il se redresse, redressez-vous ; quand il dit “Allah écoute celui qui Le loue”, dites “Notre Seigneur ! À Toi la louange” ; et quand il prie assis, priez tous assis. »
