Sunan Abi Dawud, 4781

Sulaiman b. Surad said:Two men reviled each other in the presence of the Prophet (ﷺ). Then the eyes of one of them became red and his jugular veins swelled. The Apostle of Allah (ﷺ) said: I know a phrase by repeating which the man could get rid of the angry feelings: I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed devil. The man said: Do you see insanity in me

Sulaiman b. Surad a dit : Deux hommes se sont insultés en présence du Prophète ﷺ. Alors, les yeux de l’un d’eux sont devenus rouges et ses veines du cou ont gonflé. L’Envoyé d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Je connais une parole qui, s’il la répétait, ferait disparaître sa colère : “Je cherche refuge auprès d’Allah contre le diable maudit.” » L’homme a dit : « Penses-tu que je suis fou ? »
