Sunan Abi Dawud, 4778

Suwaid b. Wahb quoted a son of a Companion of the Prophet (ﷺ) who said his father reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:He then mentioned a similar tradition described above. This version has: Allah will fill his heart with security and faith. He did not mention the words "Allah will call him". This version further adds: He who gives up wearing beautiful garments when he is able to do so (out of humility, as Bishr's version has) will be clothed by Allah with the robe of honour, and he who marries for Allah's sake will be crowned by Allah with the crown of Kingdom

Suwaid b. Wahb a rapporté d’un fils de Compagnon du Prophète ﷺ, qui a dit que son père a rapporté du Messager d’Allah ﷺ : Il a ensuite mentionné une tradition similaire à celle décrite plus haut. Cette version précise : « Allah remplira son cœur de sécurité et de foi. » Il n’a pas mentionné les mots « Allah l’appellera ». Cette version ajoute aussi : « Celui qui renonce à porter de beaux vêtements alors qu’il en a les moyens (par humilité, comme l’a précisé Bishr) sera vêtu par Allah de l’habit d’honneur, et celui qui se marie pour Allah sera couronné par Allah de la couronne de la royauté. »
