Sunan Abi Dawud, 4535

Narrated Anas:A girl was found with her head crushed between two stoned. She was asked: Who did it with you ? Was it so and so ? Was it so and so ? Until the Jew was named. Thereupon she gave a sign with her head. The Jew was arrested and he admitted. So the Prophet (ﷺ) gave command that his head should be crushed with stones

Rapporté par Anas رضي الله عنه : Une jeune fille a été retrouvée la tête écrasée entre deux pierres. On lui demanda : « Qui t’a fait cela ? Était-ce untel ? Était-ce untel ? » Jusqu’à ce que le Juif soit nommé. Elle fit alors un signe de la tête. Le Juif fut arrêté et il avoua. Le Prophète ﷺ ordonna alors que sa tête soit écrasée avec des pierres
