حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، ذَكْوَانَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ إِذَا شَرِبُوا الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبُوا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبُوا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبُوا فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Narrated Mu'awiyah ibn AbuSufyan: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If they (the people) drink wine, flog them, again if they drink it, flog them. Again if they drink it, kill them

Rapporté par Mu’awiyah ibn Abu Sufyan رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « S’ils boivent du vin, fouettez-les ; s’ils recommencent, fouettez-les ; s’ils recommencent encore, tuez-les. »
