Fatimah, daughter of Qais, said:The prophet (ﷺ) offered the noon prayer and ascended the pulpit. Before this day he did not ascend it except on Friday. He then narrated this story. Abu Dawud said: Ibn Sudran belongs to Basrah. He was drowned in the sea along with Ibn Miswar, and no one could escape except himRapporté par Fatimah, fille de Qais رضي الله عنها : Le Prophète ﷺ a accompli la prière du midi puis il est monté sur le minbar. Avant ce jour, il ne montait dessus que le vendredi. Il a alors raconté cette histoire. Abu Dawud a dit : Ibn Sudran était originaire de Bassorah.
