حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُكَيْمٍ، قَالَ قُرِئَ عَلَيْنَا كِتَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِأَرْضِ جُهَيْنَةَ وَأَنَا غُلاَمٌ شَابٌّ ‏ "‏ أَنْ لاَ تَسْتَمْتِعُوا مِنَ الْمَيْتَةِ بِإِهَابٍ وَلاَ عَصَبٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Narrated Abdullah ibn Ukaym: The letter of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was read out to us in the territory of Juhaynah when I was a young boy: Do not make use of the skin or sinew of an animal which died a natural death

Rapporté par Abdullah ibn Ukaym : La lettre du Messager d’Allah ﷺ nous a été lue dans le territoire de Juhaynah alors que j’étais un jeune garçon : « N’utilisez pas la peau ni les tendons d’un animal mort de mort naturelle. »
