حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ كَانَ يُنْبَذُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي سِقَاءٍ فَإِذَا لَمْ يَجِدُوا سِقَاءً نُبِذَ لَهُ فِي تَوْرٍ مِنْ حِجَارَةٍ ‏.‏

Jabir b. ‘Abd Allah said:Dates were steeped for the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) in a skin, but when they could not find a skin, they were steeped for him in a small stone vessel

Rapporté par Jabir ibn Abd Allah رضي الله عنه : « On faisait tremper des dattes pour le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dans une outre. Mais lorsqu’ils ne trouvaient pas d’outre, ils les faisaient tremper pour lui dans un petit récipient en pierre. »
