Sunan Abi Dawud, 3603

Uqbah bin al-Harith said:"I married Umm Yahya daughter of Abu Ihab. A black woman entered upon us. She said that she had suckled both of us. So I came to the Prophet (ﷺ), and amentioned it to him. He turned away from me. I said (to him): Messenger of Allah! she is a liar. He said: What do you know? She has said what she has said. Separate yourself from her (wife)

Rapporté par Uqbah ibn al-Harith : J’ai épousé Umm Yahya, la fille d’Abu Ihab. Une femme noire est entrée chez nous et a dit qu’elle nous avait tous les deux allaités. Je suis donc allé voir le Prophète ﷺ pour lui en parler. Il s’est détourné de moi. J’ai dit : « Messager d’Allah ! Elle ment. » Il a répondu : « Comment peux-tu en être sûr ? Elle a dit ce qu’elle a dit. Sépare-toi d’elle (ta femme). »
