حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِدَارِ الْجَارِ أَوِ الأَرْضِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Narrated Samurah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: A neighbour has the best claim to the house or land of the neighbour

Rapporté par Samurah : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Le voisin a le meilleur droit sur la maison ou le terrain de son voisin. »
