حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ عُهْدَةُ الرَّقِيقِ ثَلاَثَةُ أَيَّامٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Narrated Uqbah ibn Amir: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: The contractual obligation of a slave is three days

Rapporté par Uqbah ibn Amir : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « L’engagement contractuel concernant un esclave dure trois jours. »
