Sunan Abi Dawud, 3458

Narrated Yahya b. Ayyub: When Abu Zur'ah made a business transaction with a man, he gave him the right of option. He then would tell him: Give me the right of option (to annul the bargain). He said: I heard AbuHurayrah say: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Two people must separate only by mutual consent

Rapporté par Yahya b. Ayyub : Quand Abu Zur’ah faisait une transaction commerciale avec un homme, il lui donnait le droit d’option. Il lui disait ensuite : « Donne-moi le droit d’option (d’annuler la vente). » Il a dit : J’ai entendu Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه dire : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Deux personnes ne doivent se séparer qu’avec un accord mutuel. »
