Sunan Abi Dawud, 3382

Narrated Ali ibn AbuTalib: A time is certainly coming to mankind when people will bite each other and a rich man will hold fast, what he has in his possession (i.e. his property), though he was not commanded for that. Allah, Most High, said: "And do not forget liberality between yourselves." The men who are forced will contract sale while the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade forced contract, one which involves some uncertainty, and the sale of fruit before it is ripe

Rapporté par Ali ibn Abu Talib رضي الله عنه : Il viendra un temps où les gens se disputeront et où le riche s’accrochera à ce qu’il possède (c’est-à-dire ses biens), alors qu’il n’a pas reçu cet ordre. Allah, le Très-Haut, a dit : « Et n’oubliez pas la générosité entre vous. » Les gens qui seront contraints concluront des ventes, alors que le Prophète ﷺ a interdit les ventes forcées, celles qui comportent une incertitude, et la vente de fruits avant leur maturité
