Sunan Abi Dawud, 3352

Narrated Fudalah bin 'Ubaid:At the battle of Khaibar I bought a necklace in which there were gold and pearls for twelve dinars. I separated them and found that its worth was more than twelve dinars. So I mentioned that to the Prophet (ﷺ) who said: It must not be sold till the contents are considered separately

Rapporté par Fudalah ibn Ubayd : Lors de la bataille de Khaybar, j’ai acheté un collier composé d’or et de perles pour douze dinars. Je les ai séparés et j’ai constaté que leur valeur dépassait douze dinars. J’en ai parlé au Prophète ﷺ qui a dit : « Il ne faut pas le vendre tant que chaque élément n’a pas été évalué séparément. »
