حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِسْحَاقَ - عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ قُسَيْطٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِذَا اسْتَهَلَّ الْمَوْلُودُ وُرِّثَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Narrated AbuHurayrah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: When an infant has raised its voice (and then dies), it will be treated as an heir

Rapporté par Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Quand un nourrisson a poussé un cri (et meurt ensuite), il est considéré comme héritier. »
