Sunan Abi Dawud, 2697

Salamah said “We went out (on an expedition) with Abu Bakr. The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) appointed him commander over us. We attacked Fazarah and took them from all sides. I then saw a group of people which contained children and women. I shot an arrow towards them, but it fell between them and the mountain. They stood; I brought them to Abu Bakr. There was among them a woman of Fazarah. She wore a skin over her and her daughter who was the most beautiful of the Arabs was with her. Abu Bakr gave her daughter to me as a reward. I came back to Madeenah. The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) met me and said to me “Give me the woman, Salamah. I said to him, I swear by Allaah, she is to my liking and I have not yet untied he garment. He kept silence, and when the next day came the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) met me in the market and said to me “Give me the woman, Salamah, by Allaah, your father. I said the Apostle of Allaah, I have not yet untied her garment. I swear by Allaah, she is now yours. He sent her to the people of Makkah who had (some Muslims) prisoners in their hands. They released them for this woman

Salamah رضي الله عنه a dit : Nous sommes partis en expédition avec Abu Bakr. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ l’avait nommé chef sur nous. Nous avons attaqué Fazarah et les avons encerclés de tous côtés. J’ai alors vu un groupe de personnes où il y avait des enfants et des femmes. J’ai tiré une flèche vers eux, mais elle est tombée entre eux et la montagne. Ils se sont arrêtés ; je les ai amenés à Abu Bakr. Parmi eux, il y avait une femme de Fazarah. Elle portait une peau sur elle et sa fille, qui était la plus belle des Arabes, était avec elle. Abu Bakr m’a donné sa fille comme récompense. Je suis revenu à Médine. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ m’a rencontré et m’a dit : « Donne-moi la femme, Salamah. » Je lui ai dit : « Par Allah, elle me plaît et je ne l’ai pas encore touchée. » Il est resté silencieux, puis le lendemain, le Messager d’Allah ﷺ m’a rencontré au marché et m’a dit : « Donne-moi la femme, Salamah, par Allah, ton père. » J’ai dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah, je ne l’ai pas encore touchée. Par Allah, elle est maintenant à toi. » Il l’a envoyée aux gens de La Mecque qui détenaient des prisonniers musulmans. Ils les ont libérés en échange de cette femme
